Kelly Kelly vs Beth Phoenix
Kelly Kelly is out first in a Blue/Gold attire with smiles all around! We go to a Wrestlemania Ad. Back in the ring we see Kelly Kelly, Beth Phoenix music hits and she heads out to the ring. The two start out locking up, Beth Knees Kelly in the gut and throws her down on her back. Followed by continuous kicks, Beth taunts her and the crowd. She picks up Kelly and goes to chuck her in the turnbuckle but Kelly quickly gets out and plants Beths face continously into the turnbuckle. Kelly hits the Kelly Killer on Beth followed by the Stink face. Kelly hits a modified Figure Four Lock, she climbs to the top rope and hits a Lou Thez Press from the top. Beth throws her off and it appears Kelly banged her head, Beth takes control by beating down on Kelly stalling Kelly’s momentum but Kelly quickly fights back with a Sunset Flip and gets a 2 count.

According to WrestleNewz.com, WWE Officials have been back and forth with the current plan for the Divas at Wrestlemania. One being a Eve Torres vs Kelly Kelly program, while nothing is certain at this point (and of course, these news sites reports are worth a grain of sand), Officials have the idea of having Maria Menounos participate and have a match with Beth Phoenix.
This would seem more likely considering the back and forth rivalry between the two over time, and considering Kelly was nowhere to be seen on RAW, it would appear WWE are going with this angle. We will either see both matches, or just Menounos’ Match. The match type would probably also end up being a Lumberjill, as WWE have a tendency to feature every single Diva at Wrestlemania. » Read More…
